Carlos’ experience spans over 30 years, including vast international knowledge and expertise in major leisure industry projects' investment, development, and asset management. A qualified Quantity Surveyor with post-graduate credentials in Management and Business Administration, he began his career in the construction industry before moving into the leisure resorts market, where he focused on project management and development.
With a BS in International Management from the University of Wales and a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Glion Hotel School in Switzerland, Hubert's career has been deeply rooted in the hospitality industry. Before YOTEL, he successfully led Raimon Land PLC as CEO, transforming it into a top-performing real estate developer in Thailand. He also held key roles at IFA Hotels & Resorts and HVS, further honing his hospitality, tourism, and real estate expertise.
In addition, Greg has also served as Chief Investor Relations Officer at GE Capital, where he was responsible for raising billions of dollars from institutional investors to recapitalize the company’s USD 90 billion global commercial real estate portfolio following the 2008 Global Financial Crisis.

Fahad has led project teams, formed design teams, and managed extensive vendor contracts, pioneering innovative construction management methods for commercial developments with high-profile clients.
At Kuwait Real Estate Company, Fahad oversees a USD 1.2 billion portfolio, driving substantial increases in market cap and assets. In recent years, he has been instrumental in developing a wide range of projects, including residential, hospitality, and staff housing. His expertise in project management, financial analysis, and real estate development has been crucial in the successful execution of these diverse initiatives. By creating attractive properties and amenities, Alshamlan's projects have contributed to the company's overall investment strategy and long-term success. His leadership and vision have been key factors in positioning Kuwait Real Estate Company as a prominent player in the region's real estate market.
He was previously at a DIFC-based investment manager and worked in the UK for large FTSE 100-listed entities as well as private funds. He has transacted over $2billion of deals in the UK, UAE, and US markets, specializing in the residential and healthcare sectors.
